I am a weaver at the Royal project. All started when I visited my aunt many years ago, who work here. First of all I was very interested and curious and wondered "Could I do this?"I was not sure I can do or not but after I began to do it, I realized "YES! I can!"
I got a lot of benefit from weaving. Weaving for sure is an exercise for the whole body, the eyesight, keeps your brain awake and in certain terms you need a lot of knowledge and experience. I know how people made their cloth in the past and I always thought, how could they figure out the weaving process? so we should preserve this.
His Majesty - I am impressed by His Majesty in many ways. Once he sees his people suffer, he sees they have no job, he initiates a Royal Project for a village so his people can make a lving.
Once I was told, that my mom, who worked at a hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 24, one night was called during her night shift, around 2 to 3 am, by an officer of the palace who came to the hotel to order a meal. This meal was for His Majesty the King! And it was his LUNCH! Until now, he had no time to eat although he can in fact eat at anytime. This for me shows how much he works, how dedicated he is to his people, so dedicated that to me in fact he is enlightened.
Now I live my life following the sufficient economy. If anything is not essential, I do not struggle to buy it. Living sufficiently for me it's the best.
I wish His Majesty a long long reign. We, the people, will do our best for him. Because he truly cares for his people and that is the reason why we truly love him! |
