Projects like these not only need money, much more they also need dedicated people, who are willing to do the footwork. Without our many helpers, that diligently go out and interview people and bring those stories online, without their gracious support, My Life would never have seen the light of day.
We are always looking for on- or off-line volunteers. There are many different options to participate so almost everyone who is willing to support and would like to show their love and respect for His Majesty by helping us here, is welcome.
On-Line Volunteers:
We are looking for people that are willing to work with us online. Which means that online volunteers actually could come from all over the world. Online volunteers work in a way like a journalist would work in an editorial department. You could transcribe text from the audio tape to the written story to be published here or work as a translator mainly from Thai to English or English to Thai. Off-Line Volunteers:
Mainly our Off-Line Volunteers become members of our field work team conducting interviews all over Thailand. Other positions are part of our events related to the My Life projects, like exhibitions or live events, or become a project coordinator, organizing interview sessions or contacting people or projects to arrange meetings. If you run a project upcountry you could run you own interview sessions and story collections under our guidance. But also translators, writers and many other positions are available ? interested?
